  • Most likely like 245stroker says if it wont start without gas, try adjusting the idle screw. Its also possible your jetting is wrong, or you have something with the carb itself thats causing issues.
    If it won't start without giving it gas, you probably just need to adjust the idle screw. Its the knob on top of the box thats located on top of the carb. If its leaking gas then the float probably needs adjusted. Check out the engine section, there should be a thread in there about taking the carb apart and adjusting it.
    hi guys i hav a 2000 yamaha blaster and it leaks oil from the bottom of the engine and also wont start wen i kick but if i kick it and giv gas at the same time it will start then its not a guareenteee it will stay runnimng un less i kept gassin it aliitle plseee help me
