  • it was alot of work, i had to remove 5 inches out of the middle and reweld them, rework the front mounts, rework the webbing, build special tubular footpegs for these to slide on and can't get my pipe off without removing them, it's a pain in the ass, but worth it to me...i've been life-flighted off the mountain from almost tearing my foot off and breaking my leg after my boot laces got in the chain and drug my leg back under the axle
that won't happen again will it ?:)
i haven't even thought about fixing my broken kicker spring on my bike, i'll let you know when/if the time comes

and those nerfs are ltz450 nerfs i cut and rewelded to fit my blasty, they are pro armor fat peg w/ integrated heelgaurds.
check the pro armor website to see if they even make them for the blasters ?
damn i didn't ever see this message man. sorry. you have to contact him. his prices aren't exactly set prices. i traded my shocks for a set he already had so my deal was kinda different
The stator cover and oil injection cover came from T.M. Designworks. I saw the injection cover on there web site a couple weeks ago but didn't see the stator cover. Not sure if they still make both pieces?
    ehhh, lemme think it over
i can't even find a used one for sale anywhere to judge what it's worth, prolly more than i want to ask ??
yeah well, seeing your "good price" comment kept me from sayiung anything else.
these are not made anymore, and i haven't seen one on ebay for years, i'd say i could get a pretty penny for this one ?
I used a piece of lexan to make it. I basically used the metal cover and made a copy out of the lexan then made a ring out of aluminum to put hold it down and made a gasket out of gasket paper.
For my shock to fit, I had to cut off a rear fender mount on the frame and on the plastics themselves. Then I just used Ken's bushings. It will fit a stock swingarm with no issues. Let me know how everything works out
Yeah I run the LTR450 rear shock. I haven't messed with anything but the preload. It works great, not too stiff at all. I like it a lot
