  • i know you're ready for another one............

    1989 Suzuki LT500R aka Quadzilla
its a dang good price even tho it needs some work, i'd pick it up if i was closer and had the money....
dude, i had a guy offer me a trade for a ninja 636 just like urs except not as nice for my blaster, i'm kinda kicking myself for now doing it but i rlly have no use for a streetbike, lol
Looked pretty weak alright, I'll probably mount it in an acrylic box though for the extra protection.
I might try it with the stocker first off since I'll be able to get my hands on a cheap set of Piaa lights quick. If it's a no go I'll just bump it up to the RS 75watt.

Thanks for the help, I'll surely be talking again if I run into problems with the wiring. Even though it's farely simple.
Thanks, I'll take a look tomorow.

Is getting the light coil rewound necessary?
Did you get your regulator/rectifier from Ricky stator?
This one should work; Ricky Stator Regulator/rectifier
Thanks for the diagram on the battery, makes it a lot less complicated that I thought but can you help me out with a few things.

At #1, where the ground tag is cut, do I solder a wire directly onto the ground coming from the coil or onto where the tag was cut off?

At junction at #2, do I have to solder them wire to wire or can it come directly from the batteries positive terminal to the lights positive?

And at #3, do I ground this wire to the frame? And how would I do this?

    Thanks for the help.
hey what did you do to make your blaster fenders so nice? i see in your forsale thread them in the back ground and there nice.
Just left positive feedback for you and got the bearings in the other day. Thanks bro I appreciate it.
no, i changed plans with it and made more progress recently, but i dont have any money to dump into it
