2006 Polaris Outlaw 500

Plan on making new rear fender braces out of thick aluminium to replace the stock plastic ones as the hole at the end of them on both is crack and they are rare and hard to get now. So will design, cnc and bend some bling ones up.
 
Got the rear end out today. Still need to look into the axle removing.

In lockdown so perfect time to work on quad. Removed radiator, Wire harness, handle bars and air-box today and test fitted the oil tank.

So oil tank. yip you guessed it CFM fails again. Top mount is way off. Looks like I will be modifying this part also. And I have been told that I am not the only person to have this problem. Man CFM Performance need to sort there sh*t out or close the doors.
