Jetting help please!

Anybody running a 35 mm pwk?
Yes I'm running a pwk 35 on my setup. I have a vitos 240bb with 3mm stroker, 4 degree advanced timing, vitos billet reed cage with carbon flex reeds and reed cage spacer so it don't hit clutch rod, K&N filter with dust cover no air box, vitos Fat bastard pipe and silencer. I mix my gas at 32:1 always and run 93 octane or higher. My main jet is 152 and my pilot is a 45 needle middle clip. That's the setup for when it's above 70 for me when it gets colder or a lot warmer you have to rejet or at least plug chop to make sure you are still good. The built motor is a lot more picky and a lot less forgiving if you don't jet it right.

Awsome ! So I’d say I’m safe to start there lol I just wanted to make sure I’d make it through the gears at least once to see the plug haha how u like ur bbk? Noticible difference?

I love it!! Yeah it is a big difference over stock for sure. I'm running 14/38 sprockets on mine which is taller gearing and love it. I'm actually going to be port and polishing the exhaust and porting and blasting the intake side. Using templates from Ken o'connor racing. One thing I would suggest just because I saw you said you had not done it is a leak down test!!! It won't last long with an air leak.

Thanks man ima look into a leak down tester I’ve built allot of motors and never done one but I got quite a bit of money in this one so I’m def ganna do it, I spent half the day trying to rig my air box to my new 35 mm pwk, no matter what I did it looked super hideous lol so I ordered a cfm air box, I’m sure it’ll be a month befor I get it so I’ll probably get right on the leak down test thanks again for ur help!

Definitely buy some smaller mains. Acouple pilots also bigger and smaller. And plug chop to see were you need to be.
Depends on altitude and temperature also

Looking for help. I've recently made some modifications to my blaster. I put a 68mm bore on it with fmf fatty pipe & power core 2 exhaust. I've been playing with the carb a bit over the last few days and cant seem to get it right. Stock carb with a 260 main 32.5 pilot and have tried the needle at 2nd, 3rd and 4th from the top. 2nd no go at all, 3rd seemed to rev high almost uncontrollably, 4th leveled out the high rev but smells rich and still lacks power. Any suggestions?? I'd take anything at this point.... oh yeah I've got a 270,280 ,290 and 300 main jets ordered.

Should started your own thread.
Hopefully you didn’t bore it 68mm thinking you’ll get more power.
Did you do a leak down test?
Which throttle position are you trying to tune?
What’s your air filter setup? Filter type, lid? snorkel?
99.9% run needle middle clip.
270 main is MINIMUM with all stock air box. You’ll be more like 280-290. Plug chop to confirm the jetting.
