2003 blaster exhaust and power Reed jet size

I have a 2003 blaster that is all stock runs great I've just bought a full fmf fatty exhaust and a turbine silencer I also bought boysean power Reeds dual stage my question is I'm sure the motor will run lean now what's your guy's thoughts on starting jet size and how do I perform plug cuts I've heard that a lot on here I wanna make sure I don't cause any damage to it I run 93 octane and castor oil at 32 to 1 mix thanks in advance
 
What’s your elevation? What air filter? What’s your air box set up?

IIRC FMF recommends 270 main, stock pilot, middle clip, totally stock air box setup, sea level. 70* F

My elevation is 200 feet Aftermarket foam filter with oil stock airbox with snorkel and about 60 degrees
