I picked up another blaster super cheap for a parts bike. I ended up tinkering with it and getting it running seems to run fine other than the fact it vibrates soooooo bad it hurts to ride it. It dose this in neutral and in gear the height the revs the more it vibrates. I've taken the clutch cover off and the punch Mark's on the counter balancer gear are lined! What else could be the problem!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Rotating masses out of balance cause vibration, I'd look into the flywheel for loose nut or broken magnets, clutch pack for broken fingers or plates installed incorrectly with the bumps all inline instead of evenly spaced around, and lastly the crank which will require splitting the cases to inspect for the crank webs rotated out of balance.
the free downloadable manual will show the proper clutch plate install and help to get into the other parts........

I did notice apon closer inspection the balancer gear seems to be pretty sloppy. Could the gear being clapped out cause the problem? I'll look into the flywheel and clutch pack looked ok but havent inspected it closely so I'll do that. Also noticed there is a missing motor mount bolt and the frame is complete cranked above the front left motor mount and has a fracture below the left front motor mount. The vibrations is bad enough it vibrates the handlebars loose in a matter of minutes. Do you think the vibration would be the culprit behind the missing bolt and cracks in the frame? Or if the frame is cracked and missing the motor mount bolt that is causing the felt vibration? The vibration is Very bad! Basically makes the quad unrideable

both of those could cause the other

and yes we have seen the balancer eat into the case knocking it out of balance itself
probably time for open heart surgery to see what the balancer is doing inside :(

Right on thanks man. I have another blaster that just needs a top end so I'll dig in a little deeper and see if I can get the problem solve with pit splitting the case. If i have to go the splitting the case rout I'll probly put the good top end on the good bottom end and then I'll just do 1 complete rebuild!
