Blew up one of my blaster last night. I havent torn into it yet bet I belive it is factory bore. During the rebuild I'm looking to gain some power and was wondering where to send my top end for porting and rechambering the head and how much does this work usually run?

Awsome while searching last night I came across his web site and his porting prices seemed decent. Do you know if he does head rechambering? I didnt see it ok n his sight but was planning on contacting him soon

You can still run the stock carb.are you already jetted correctly for the pipe.? You will have to plug chop to confirm jetting when you get it back together to see if you are good or jetting is required.
Reeds? Boyesen or v force . both are good. Go with your budget?

300 is right in line with what we run FMF's here @ 1800' elevation, lower elevations will require richer jetting, plug chops will confirm your exact needs
and I've run everything from bone stock blasters to KOR ported and piped engines on the stock 32.5 pilot jet and tune the airscrew for highest idle.
check the jetting section for the DIY on tuning your airscrew/pilot jet
