That was really funny made my night that much better I ordered it online they’re replacing it with the right one. Some kid I know told me he has 6 blasters all somewhat broken that he wants to sell and I heard it’s true and I hear they aren’t terrible either I might grab them all to fix and sell... keep you guys busy that’s for sureDid you order it online or call them?

He’s back and forth on getting rid of them now..4 parts ones and two with blown tops and bad clutches I really want them lol
If I can’t get this nut by Friday I’m welding the old one on there f it I need a machine I’m tired of riding passenger in my friends Polaris ranger 1000. No one can beat on a machine quite the way I do. And I all ready sheered off both left a arms on it...oops perfect excuse for the superatv high chearence a arms for it. But our problems out here is like everywhere...cops. They passed a new fine here 2500 for riding on the roads it’s a huge problem right now with this virus people are just riding all over the main roads in my town in upstate ny and NO BODY stops for them... I have seen cops on machines run from DEC. you go to a bar out here at night and half the parking lot is machines. They need to allow us to register these side by sides for road use of the problem is gonna get worse. They are not catching a 200hp turbo awd swamp missile that doesn’t want to be stopped. Especially now that it’s 2500 dollar fine... a lot of families out here ride. I love seeing that little kids on 50s and 90s all playing in the river while we all bbq and drink beer on the bank. This is why youths are the way they are because the powers that be say we cannot touch a road to cross to other trails or get back to a house in an emergency on the roads. I could understand in city limits and I understand atvs and dirt bikes but the side by sides?? Come on let the children experience the freedom and responsibility of these machines learn to fix them and manage spending on them ( I’m like a 4 year old trying to put a budget my machine.. 2 million sounds good) well there’s my little rant. The town meeting didn’t sit right with me they wouldn’t hear anything we had to say and there was ALOT of us even the property owners of the farms were there to back us up. All the roads we ride are farm connecting roads.. every day they are taking more and more of our rights and liberties away and they might as well wipe they a$$ with the amendments and constitution. I need a new crank now the threads on the shaft are finished and on top of that I snapped the head off one of the bolts in the clutch boss deep in there idk if I can get it out... am I about to be another 500 into this with a crank and clutch boss?
Are you tourqeing everything to spec. There are alot of low tourqe bolts on these motors. They will break if overnighted If the bolt didn't bottom out .it should come out easily.left hand drill? Center punch? Finger?
A crank is $200ish. New crank will need new bearings and seals.Now you have to make a choice. Stock stroke or a +3 stroker crank from vitos performance.
There is very little price difference
Yea I was looking at stroker cranks I brought the engine to this kid in my area to try and re thread the crank but we don’t know if it will work I’m really debating on welding that nut on
Can’t spoil a rotten egg. If it even feels like the threads are half decent, put it on with RED loctite
Ok I scraped the other blaster at least the chassis and say hello to disaster blaster #2 so I picked this up with 3 jugs two bottom ends and these extended a arms everything for 350 bucks (kid was a junkie and I took advantage) but this has a brand new rebuild too and bottom end and he couldn’t figure out the clutch so I have my engine and new clutch and every thing to be put together tomorrow I’m missing one lower balljoint it had alba stickers in the box so I went and ordered a banshee lower ball joint since they don’t have them for the blaster I’m assuming it’s the same any ideas?
