I have metal inside the cylinder that looks like rings. I’m not sure what it is or what I need to do next. I really don’t wanna split the Case... I am getting my cylinder bored and honed I just don’t wanna run it and have the same thing happen again!

OUCH! So it may be the angle, but why does your spark plug have zero gap?

Also, drain your transmission oil. See if there are any metal chunks floating around.
If so, split your case.
If not, I'd try to wash out that crank with some oil and the drain plug off to hopefully try and clear whatever is in there.

As for assuming your ring quite literally exploded, I'm going to say that you might be right.
If not, what did the roller bearing look like?

Is that one of those $90. Chinese top end kits? Ports were not chamfered correctly? Looks like some possible detonation going on also.

My rings were in good shape, not sure what it is yet until I split the cases. Also something hit my spark plug and cause the gap to be gone.

Detonation means air leak?
Yes or wrong jetting. If the whole rings are intact .it may be from crank bearings. Cages or rod big end bearing. Wrist pin bearing was intact when removed? You have up and down play. In rod at tdc or bdc
. all the screws in reed cage?
