Recently rebuild my 02 blaster and ive been trying to troubleshoot this current issue. Runs great till top of 4th. I shift into 5th and barely any acceleration. 6th there is nothing. The blaster is basically stock. Stock reeds, stock exhaust, stock piston, and cylinder. Heat cycled it 3 times and ran a full tank of 32:1 gas through it before any wot runs. Compression is 120psi (cold) and today i got a leak down tester and it drops 1 psi in about 15 mins. Has new tusk seals also. The carb had a stock 230 jet in it but this blaster doesn't have a air lid so i bumped it up to 250. Tried to run it for a plug chop and ran into this problem of no power in 5th. Also the engine runs extremely rich at idle. Just dumps white smoke. Chopped the plug anyway and its extremely lean from the run. Tors has been deleted. I thought i was burning oil from then trans so i drained it and measured it to be 50 ml low. Since the case was dry before fill im pretty use that accounts for it. The carb has been rebuild and floats are set properly. I even pulled another carb from my running great 98 blaster and nothing changes. I need help!

Also while idleing the air fuel screw does nothing. Its set to 1 1/2 turns out and still dummping white smoke i try to turn it out to leak it out no change at all. I screw it in and it starts to lower the idle but no change in smoke. It has the stock pilot jet size in it.

White smoke is ussualy trans fluid. And it stinks. Or water on a water cooled engine

Just smells like gas. Wouldnt it be dropping pressure?
Yes it should. You are mixing 32:1 right? How many ounces of oil per gallon are you using? Should be 4 oz per gal of gas.
Wonder if your mixture is way off. To much oil will give you a lean mixture on the gas.

4 oz to 1 gallon can gas mixture goes into my running 98 and it runs fine.

That's right .

32.5 pilot is stock. Check your choke circuit.
