Ok so I got this blaster a few weeks ago, supposedly was just rebuilt.. just needed a flywheel key put in. So I did that made it out of a wrench, and it worked cranked right over first kick, ran like a scalded hound, all day. Next day wouldn’t run at all, found out there was no spark so I ordered new oem stator and coil, just got em in today, it worked again, cranked over ran like a top, turned it off won’t start again... I’m running out of ideas... help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hello! So this may not be an answer you want to hear, but check your woodruff key (aka, the crank key) that you made.
I had this issue on my YZ250 where the key fell out and it wouldn't start right.

If that checks out, look at your wires to the coil and your CDI.

Why did ot need the key in the first place.was it lost during the rebuild or did it shear. How was your key when you installed the new stator? Ground wire for new coil attached. To nice sanded bare metal on frame.is tors unplugged? Also maybe check or unplug your kill. Switch and key switch if you have one.and try it. Have to stall it out to shut it off if it starts
