It’s hitting the throttle so I can’t even use the brakes. Look at the pics

We have tried to fix it and move it and so on but it will still hit the throttle every time

. I've been having this problem since I got this blaster we think it is a yfz 450 master cylinder.

Looks like those new fancy grips are longer than a stock grip, pushing your throttle in further than before.
the stock bars only have so much "control length" the flat area before the bend down where the throttle and brake mount.
this is sometimes a problem when going to aftermarket bars, especially those designed for bikes with a twist throttle, which takes up less space than our throttle box, so using some bike bars with a short "control length" doesn't always work for thumb throttles

I've also cut this whole area off the throttle that housed the TORS switch, then filled the void with a piece of rubber and RTV
until I went to a Terry Cable throttle and longer "control length" bars

I went to 1-1/8" fatbars on an extended anti vibe stem, which limited my choices, I ended up with Trail Tech Bars that did list extra control length, but they're no longer available.
So I never investigated what 7/8" bike bars list a longer control length, I think the Pro Taper website may list that info, you'll want the most "control length" available, if I remember right it's 220mm or over

found this on the Renthal website, and they do list control length, row F, measure what you have now in mm and how much more you'd think you'll need and match it up to this chart to see what bars will work for you, or just buy the longest control length available....
https://www.renthal.com/moto/handlebars/7-8-handlebars

the top bar listed on that chart is for a Raptor 660 and lists a control length of 241mm, you'll need something similar.
I'd also pay attention to measurement D, I think ATV's may require a wider area there than bikes ? worth paying attention too.

I bought 3 sets before I got it right
Who knew bars could be so technical ?

I remember some guys going to a honda 400ex throttle box from ebay, which is much smaller than the blaster box with the TORS nonsense, and also reporting it has better leverage on the cable and was much easier to push to reduce fatigue on your thumb.

these knockoffs of the Terry Cable throttle that I run are another option for a smaller box without the TORS switch thingy sticking out ...

Well my dad has these one Renthal bars on his 400ex that are really just perfect but I do not know what bend they are

take the measurements in the pic above and match them up to the chart.
the over all width (A) and control length (F) measurements should put you onto which set they are

also, don't forget my last post where I mention the 400ex throttle box is much smaller physically than our blasters, that alone would let a shorter control length bar work on the Honda that wouldn't work with our bigger throttle box
