So I have a bbk and it says on the piston 73.0250 Should I change stock carb and if so what should I change it to and what other things do I need to change. I already have a dg fatty pipe and a fmf silencer and torrs delete and I premix 32:1 please help me get this thing running again because with the stock carb it will not stay running unless I have the choke on and even then it Boggs out.

Well, you could technically run a bbk with the stock carb, your just going to need to get a jet kit that comes with lots of different size jets, and do a bunch of plug chops until you figure out what size main and pilot jets are best. Or, you could get a 34 or 35mm carb, which would bring the most power out of your motor, and then also do plug chops and jet that correctly. Also it wouldn't hurt to do a compression test and also a leak down test to make sure that everything is in good shape and put together correctly first, because low compression or air leaks are going to completely throw off your jetting. And check the reeds to see if they are sealing or if they are worn and not sealing against the cage. Another thing is eliminating the TORS system and/or parking brake because sometimes they can cause bogging. Oh and obviously make sure your air filter is clean and that your intake boot is clean.

Thanks I already have torrs delete on mine and I’m buying a 34mm keihin pj for 10$ from a friend I know I’m going to need a new boot but do I need to change anything else

Your going to need a new boot that connects the carb to the engine. These oversized boots can be bought on ebay for around 80 dollars. You also might need a reed spacer because sometimes bigger carbs will hit the clutch arm that is located under the carb. The spacer will move the carb further away from the cylinder so that it doesn't hit the clutch arm. If you do have to do this, then you will also have to modify the boot coming from the airbox by cutting some off so that the carb will fit. There are tutorials if you google how to modify the airbox boot.

Ok thanks I have stock air box but was going to get an air filter that comes straight out the carb. Is that a good idea. Also I was just reading if I go bigger on the carb I need to go bigger on the fuel lines and or change the petcok to a banchee petcok?

Yes you could get a clamp on filter. That would make it easier. Make sure that the carb is jetted properly though, because it will give the engine way too much air otherwise. Dont go through any water whatsoever without an airbox though, and also be prepared to clean the filter more often. You should not have to do anything will fuel lines or petcock
