hi new to the forum firstly hello to all of you ..I just got my 2003 blaster it will rev out when I start it but when I put it in gear it bogging down I still have all my tors in place ..im guessing the tors control is built in to the cdi on this model cause I cant find anything else ..I dont know how to set it up and feels like the main jet is blocked only when I put it in gear it revs freely in neutral or tors ….help please

thanks for the pointer I will check it soon as I can get to it ..would jetting do the same if its wrong to much or to little fuel ...its just dying at the top end ..I think the tors working properly cause the revs stay really low when I put the rear brake on .I can rev a lot more than that when its not on but still coughs and splutters at high revs I think the main jet in it is 230 ps thanks again
Bought an 03 as well and after adjusting parking brake, quad didn't want to rev up at all. Started fine. After a whole exercise, found the parking brake not fully released. Oops.
Same problem with my 02- blaster.. 220 main (thinking I was too rich @ 230) stock pilot/exhaust boysen reeds/ no air box lid.. tors removed, brain still there (in harness) will not rev out in gear...but will rev out in neutral/ quarter turn only..
