2003 Yamaha Blaster.
Fresh complete rebuild.
260 main, 32.5 pilot, 1.5 turns, Boyson reed cage, FMF fatty pipe, no air lid, 93octane 32.1, throttle needle in 4th position.
Did warm up brake in. Plug chop 3rd gear wide open.
Plug seems to be running lean? Very little low end power. Half to full throttle seems fine. Leanness is most concerning! After running plug looks brand new no bronze color. Any tips help to check next?

you don't mention your elevation and current temps ? which along with your mods (pipe, airbox/filter, etc.) play a big role in jetting

FMF fatty pipe, no air lid, 32:1 mix .....

*32.5 pilot
*airscrew between 1/2 and 2 turns out wherever it achieves highest idle, allow the engine to react to each turn, 10-20 seconds. reset idle with idle screw, fine tune with slight turns til it revs clean to 1/2 throttle, or as needed for temp changes.
*needle on middle slot, I've tuned a ton of blasters with various states of tune and mods, every one liked the middle slot.
*270 to 310 main confirmed with plug chops
