I have a 1989 yamaha blaster thats bored .2 over with a weisco piston, boyeson power reeds, stock expansion chamber, aftermarket pipe dont know the brand sticker was burnt, oil injection, aftermarket airfilter no airbox lid, currently running a 250 mainjet, needle clip is set on third in the middle carb is clean. i just replaced the clutch plates because they weren’t working right i also removed the tors when i fixed the clutch and used the elimination kit i drilled and tapped the carb it has its new airscrew in. It starts and idles but it will seriously smoke my whole street up i dont think ive ever seen it smoke so much i tried messing with the air screws but no luck where should they be set and is the carb set up good?

In my opintion it could only be 2 things. Too much oil from the injector or you are sucking gear case oil into the crank case. Mix up some 32:1 premix gas and disconnect the oil injector hose. See if that clears up the smoking problem.

Would it suck up gearcase oil if i put to much in

First wash it good. Do a leak down test. Using CORRECT PULLER ONLY remove flywheel. A drywall screw or two into seal and you can pull it out. Should use new gasket.
