Clutch stopped working please help

i have a 1989 blaster the clutch stopped working a day ago the bike runs fine starts up first or second kick but when i pull in the clutch it makes an awful noise and wont engage all the way and pops as soon as you release it making it impossible to get out of first to ride the bike Any ideas to what is exactly wrong and what i need to buy thank you
 
just pop the clutch cover off and look at it it’s only a couple of bolts should only take a few minutes then you’ll get a better idea of what’s wrong.
 
Three separate posts won't get you more or better answers.

Clapblaster nailed it. You need to inspect it. Even a video of the noise won't help much.
Either something came loose or something broke and only YOU can find the problem.

When was the last time you changed the oil, or even checked the level?

My answer would be that the adjuster came loose and is contacting the clutch cover. Or maybe a pressure plate bolt.

These guys are great at troubleshooting/diagnosing, I'm not mechanical at all and they've helped me a ton. But they can't turn the bolts for you man. You have to take them off yourself.
