Sending a PM??? or am I just a retard?

I am not in here very often but I have started conversations before. I just spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to send someone a PM and I cant find a "send PM" or "start conversation" button anywhere. Not in the window that pops up when you click on the members avatar or user name on the left side of the screen, not in their user info page and not in my user info page under the conversation tab. Am I seriously having a retard moment here???

Really. When did this happen? That's a new one. Guess I need one more like. and a few more posts so I can get into the "fore sale" section.

WOW. That's weird. I swear to god I have "started a conversation" with someone a while back but I just now received my third like in this forum (BTW,Thank you Larry's Shee for that). I wonder what was different then....
