Smaller front sprocket?

For low end power I would install and FMF pipe, install an UNI air filter and leave the lid off of the air box once you install the filter. You will need to go up about 3 jet sizes doing this. Once you get a little more power from the motor, you probably want to do just the opposite with the front sprocket. You'll want to go to a 14 tooth. The extra power and the 13 tooth makes 1st gear almost useless.

Then V force reeds and get the head rechambered by Ken O'Connor Racing.

I already did a toomey b1 exuast. 310 main jet. Boysen power reeds and vented air box lid with 12 1" uni vents I've heard about going up to 14t but doesn't that add top end power? Most of my riding is in trails and would rather have more low end tourqe

I got smaller tires already But added a ltz400 shock with the bushings. Gave me some lift back Will the 12t sprocket make a noticeable difference?? It's cheap enough I might as well try it out

It’s quite noticeable.

If you fit a new sprocket to the front it is advisable to also replace the chain and rear sprockets

had it out today. Running sweet. Just installed banshee front shocks Definitely a difference More than adding the 400z shock in the rear did. New handlebars and 12t sprocket on order.

How do you ride, when I trail ride I'm always in the upper power band anyways. I'd rather have more top end power than low end personally.
