Do I need to rejet after doing fuel injector block off ?

Yes, adding oil to the fuel results in less fuel per air ratio and must be corrected with jetting.
an airscrew adjustment to achieve high idle and 1-2 sizes up on main jet.
I have never had to change the needle setting from the stock middle clip setting for any mod on a stockish blaster.

Hey AWK... hate to bother you with a question about jetting. I just cant seem to find the thread where someone had a quad like mine.. no TORS, premix, K&N filter, stock exhaust and about 800 ft above sea level....(basicallly all summer riding) I thought You said start out with a 270-280 main and plug chop down. Does that seem right to you??? I hate wasting time trying to find stuff.

270/280 should be rich for your mods, with the stock pipe and just premix and K&N I'd buy 250/260/270 < I always suggest at least one size larger than I actually think it will take, that could cover colder temps and maybe save a piston, and/or you get to learn plug chops and what rich feels like and work down to correct air/fuel ratio.

Thanks AWK.. I think I got a bead.. Colder temp Higher number(more fuel)?? I wanted to do a plug chop, but cant. its some 25- 30 degrees here and Im not going to try it till warmer weather. Just rebuilt carb, and have a 230 and a 310 main only. I will order jets 250-270. I will report later. No progress on the Goldwing SCC yet!

yep, lower elevations and temps require more fuel.
