New blaster no spark...

This thing is missing the front plastic with headlight and key. I believe it's a 2001 or 2002 model. The ignition is cut on it. I read somewhere that itll run without the key as long as the black wire is intact. Mine has been cut. Anyone know where it goes? I'm definitely not a super mechanic, but I'd like to get this thing going myself so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks I also have these yellow and green wires disconnected.
