Hey guys i'm new to this forum.. I picked up a complete frame up track built Blaster to surprise my nephew at the end of last fall and I thought i'd show you guys. I can't remember all of the mods but off of the top of my head I remember:

bored over to 210cc (built internals but can't remember specifics)
ported/polished custom head
lowered/widened
carbon fiber HiPer wheels
full elka suspension
factory seven exhaust
custom built aluminum intake box with filter
custom steering stem with stabilizer
dual radiators from a yfz 450
steel brake lines
custom coolant lines
hydraulic clutch
diamond quick change clutch
the fuel tank was halved in order to fit a custom YVPS system onto the quad
the quad had steel dg bumpers/nerf bars that i hated so i ripped those off for some black alba racing gear all around and I think it looks way better.
next purchase is an aluminum swingarm guard as the quad doesn't have one installed since it was a track racer

I had a chance to run the quad before winter and the thing is an absolute beast, I can't believe a kids atv could perform that amazing.. here's some pics for you guys

Umm that's beautiful

thanks man! Wish I could take credit for the build. Would you believe that the guy that I purchased this from started with just a broken frame that he bought and shipped up from Georgia for like $4.30 and he 100% built the quad from the frame up from there every nut and bolt. And then he singlehandedly got that size quad class implemented so his child could race in something smaller than a 450

I could beleive it forsure , where is the rad on that thing located I'm very interested in that swap was thinking of doing same thing a while back with a dt engine

As you can see the first rad is right in front of the motor. And then the yfz450 rad is right underneath the nose plastic. I'm going to pick the quad up sometime this weekend to get it ready for my nephew to ride so i'll snap some close-ups for you of how it's mounted

Lol wow I don't know how I missed that I just realized I could click to make pictures larger, that would be awesome I let two dt200s go and I should have bought them :( very hard to find but that clutch cover is sweet too never seen one like that

Looks like normal blaster is air cooled I can bet you that's faster then any other blaster you come in contact with, if you got that bike for a deal I'd say you got the deal of your life there haha

If you ever need help or decide to sell anything off the bike shhot me a message I'm in love with your bike lol

Buddy I'm almost ashamed to say what I paid for this without sounding like I'm bragging.. $3000, and the motor was just rebuilt before I picked it up.. I had to break it in

Lol it all kind of worked out perfectly. I was actually shopping for a Kawasaki kx 65 for my nephew and I just so happened to stumble upon this blaster on Kijiji.. So I made a trip down south and met the guy and bought the quad on the spot after I took it for a little spin, I still can't believe how much I lucked out on this

Welcome to the forums, that is one great looking quad. Some people have all the luck. lol

Thanks man! Everything just so happened to work out perfect.. I was working hard and had money in the bank, the seller happened to post the ad at the same time as I was shopping.. And I had the means to travel and make a deal on it. My nephew is the lucky one lol
