Hey guys looking to get a new carb as I have lost 3 idles screws in the past few weeks and I'm tired of buying them lol what do you guys think would be my best option if there is any that can use stock carb cap would be cool I have a nice billet moose one but anyway here's my Mod list
66.5 wiseco piston
Headmod (kor)
Vf4 Reed's
Toomey full exhaust
Open air box ovi
Fresh foam filter clean oil one every other ride
Tors delete
Also have a bunch of stock jets would like to not have to purchase jets again

Thanks for all the input ahead of time

Make sure you have the idle screw boss on the carb filed flat almost to the carb. body . Put a drop of lock tite on the locking nut if it keeps coming loose . Or you can upgrade to 28mm. PWK carb. You can get them usually pretty cheap off the 85cc dirt bikes . YOU will need to get a JJH needle and 145-160 main jets and 45-55 pilot jets for weather changes .

the problem is the locking nut setup, ditch that vito's bullsh!t and find one that uses a spring to keep tension on the screw, it'll never work loose and requires no tools to make adjustments.

I had my local dealer match up an idle screw and spring for under $10

like this one (not sure if it's the correct thread/length)..............
