I have a 2003 blaster check and clean carb change coil and spark plug have fuel it act like want to start but do not also backfire any suggestions

Well, we're getting to end of possibilities :(

Check that the exhaust doesn't have a mouse nest in it.

Using ONLY a Blaster flywheel puller, remove the flywheel and check the key. Maybe make sure flywheel nut is tight first. Spark at correct time.
NO 2-3 jaw puller, you'll wreck the flywheel.

backfiring is usually broken/cracked reeds or your flywheel woodruff key has broken and allowed the flywheel to rotate out of "timing"
tors system is malfunctioning it should still start but when you add other issues to it then perhaps not/and has happened to alot of people...
check to see if the "Throttle Over Ride System" is still present or has been removed?
check compression on cylinder 120 psi is normal
check reeds
check flywheel timing key/need a puller/you can pull the plastic cover off but not sure if you would see damage without pulling flywheel:)
make sure it is not flooded after all the starting attempts.
