What Jets Are You Using

No, not yet. Have a Fat Bastard pipe. Might play around with a stocker for the "extra" Blaster. Would gut it and maybe replace the narrow section between front and rear cones with straight section.
How does the gutted pipe compare to bone stock ?
i could tell a huge difference...in my opinion i like it!! why would you change that section?

Exhaust: dyno port stroker right bend

Air filter: uni 6in pod

Air box : cfm with heavy vented lid

Elevation: sea level (jersey)

Pilot jet: 60

Main jet : 158

Airscrew : 1-3/4 turns out

Needle clip: second from bottom

Bore: idk didn't do the math again but I think 66mm with a 4mm stoker =218cc (again I didn't do the math just ruffing it in my head cause I know I'm at 218cc)

Port: KOR port

Carb: keihin 35mm airstriker

This is for 60 degrees and my plug chops are spot on ....for 40 degrees I ran a 62 pilot and a 160 main richest clip position and 1-1/2 turns out so 40 could have been played with but the plug chop was spot on again

Why wont my upgrade FMF jets (that fit in my stock carb), now not fit in my aftermarket OEM replacement carb? Thread size is different. What thread size do i need to rejet this carb now? I cant believe I cant reuse my jets in this carb. Its the 2nd replacement carb I have gotten, both would not use stock thread size jets in them.

Cheap jets or oem ?

So there's your answer ...amazon ......ask people on here to get a carb ..sh*t I got two with complete rebuild kits still in packages that I have no use for ...I'm sure you got the carb for cheap so it's probably not right so either go to local store and just try different jets and find brand that fits or maybe try running a tap threw it to maybe clean threads up (that may be the problem)

6) What size main jets are you using?

7) What is your Bore Size?
67mm
8) Do you have a port job?
Not that im aware of.
9) What kind of carb?
Mikuni vm28
10) What size is your carb?
28mm
Vitos carbon reeds. Inspected and fine.
No leaks found in leak down. Compression at 120 to 122.

Need help with base lines. 290 too lean. 310 was good on low end seemed ok but planed out halfway through third and was hot. Also plug had some carmel color. 320 also behaved similarly exept it brought the temp down to a reasonable temp. Plug looked slightly darker, but suffers to pull halfway through third.

So if I'm reading this correctly, you have a foam filter direxdir on the carb ? If you haven't done a plug chop, that's the best way to determine correct jetting. IdI try the 330 first.

So I’m gonna list the parts I bought for my rebuild and hope someone can give me an idea of jets I should have on hand when it comes time to tune and plug chop

1) exhaust: Vito’s fat bastard full exhaust

2) airfilter: K&N

3) Stock airbox with vents right now but will probably go no lid once built

4) elevation: 259 feet above sea level

5) What size pilot jets are you using?
Hoping someone can tell me this

6) What size main jets are you using?
Also hoping someone can suggest here

7) Bore Size: Vito’s 240 big bore kit +3mm stroker crank

8) port job: I believe the big bore kit comes ported. Correct me if I’m wrong and if there’s anything else I should get here.

9) carb: keihin airstriker

10) carb size: 35mm

Also gonna be using vforce 4 reed setup. Do I need a spacer for this? And a new boot for the carb?

Do I need any extra parts to remove the TORS with my new carb for an 06? Or just do the loop back?

Anything else you can think of that Im missing and shouldn’t overlook feel free to comment as well
