Back tires roll but kick start is seized

I have an 89 blaster that locked up but the back tires still roll any ideas on what exactly seized? I didnt know but the crank case was dry on oil.

More than likely it is your crank shaft. This happened to me a few weeks ago and replaced it with a hot rods crank. While I had everything opened I replaced the top end with wiseco piston and replaced all gaskets seals etc. I think everything I did to mine came up to just under 500.

If the trans is in neutral the rear tires will roll without the engine turning .r&r engine disassemble and repair . There goes $500.00 big ones !

The crank case gets it's oil from the fuel mixture. Do you mean you ran the transmission oil low?

Yes trans oil
