damn shiny! will probably only look this way for 2 weeks though haha

i ended up spending $65 on all new bulbs and the housings were only $75. but i got high end bulbs. and all new when i could have reused blinkers and stuff

All the orange is now black. side blinkers are also black
i took the muffler off today just to run it for a day or two. the subaru at school needs competition
she took off cat back, i still have all my piping to about the rear sway bar

today... about 5 inches in all. i drove down our alley and i see a cop going backwards on the road up the hill. he either slid or backed up lol
i left the snow on my hood so i could drive fast and watch it all go over me
with road conditions top speed was about 20... so i was disappointed

All the orange is black now. My summer rims are 17" OEM golf rims
tinted the taillights with smoke plastidip. i didnt do enough layers but i ran out of time
FYI: if you ever tint them, you will probably use 75% or more of a single can

looks much much better than the orange and plastidipped wheels last year !!!!
still working on getting mine running again, never overheated but started pushing water out the overflow last fall, which is ok cause it sits for winter anyway.
installed new radiator and thermostat on saturday, but now it's leaking out the thermo housing to block connection.
just ordered all new from ECS Tuning today.
if that doesn't cure it, it's going to our local VW guy for a water pump, $150 to undo all engine/trans mounts and lift the engine 4" to replace it, he can have that job all day long for them $'s
BTW....did you ever find a roof rack ?
I've been considering one to haul a banshee drag frame to kens next month
$150 in fuel for the jetta versus $300 for my truck

I have been having over heating problems this summer, its much hotter than last year. It only happens if i sit for about 2 minutes or more in the 95+ weather
first time it actually dumped a lot of my fluid. second time it just over heated. that little OD2 thing you recommended me helped me find it
but no dealer around to replace it. my dad said we could do it, but i hardly ever wait for a light or idle until it overheats
as to the roof rack, i had one lined up to buy but just never got to it. as much as i would like it.
guy on vortex worked at a dealer and could get a brand new one for $250. but i never got to it. maybe this year? but $250 for looks idk
for snowboarding we take my dads tdi and get about 35-40 mpg. cold makes it less. he averages 45-50 mpg on trips in the summer
Yeah MK3 though.Every time I see Jetta I think of the one on the fast and the furious. LOL
My car started making a funky sound today, might actually bring it to a shop
