Blaster freshie (uk) new to the scene

I would run a 240 main to be of the safe side but I have the same exhaust system and it ran the best with the stock jetting (230 main)

You should do more reading before suggesting things to other people. Had he listened he could have blown up his engine

That exhaust is serious, can i ask what you paid for it and where you got it! Looking to buy one myself?

It depends on so many things depending on mods and your location! I did my plug chops and came out a nice tan color and ran perfect so my information is correct to MY blaster! I agree start with a fat jet and work your way down but every blaster is different. Basically the exhaust didn't dramatically change my jetting on my blaster but did give it a little more power. I leave the air box cover on because I ride the dunes all the time and the last thing I want is sand getting into carb and engine. My advice and I believe most people would agree, start fat and work you way down by doing plug chops. This was mine with a 240main with the fmf gold series pipe! I run the 240 on the dunes and the 230 on the trails.

So if i were looking for a exhaust what wpuld be "serious"? Very keen on buying the best everything

the fmf is a good pipe with the power focusing on the low to mid range(more mid range in my opinion) of the power band it is a left bend pipe and most left bend pipes r low to mid pipes. right bend pipes like ct racing, dyno port, and others (most right bend pipes aren't made anymore so those 2 companies are the only ones making new ones that I know of) focus their power on the top end of the power band and give u higher rpms and allows better breathing for modified engines

Anything right bend. But you will probably have to buy used with a heavy price tag. LRD, CT, trinity, dyno port etc.
