I wouldn't change anything from stock gearing. They will give you more topend compared to 18" tires. I think most run 20" tires.
Bear in mind that it is inadvisable to just change one sprocket, they work as a matched set and both sprockets and chain should be replaced or problems may occur!
i ran 20 inch tires on mine, and +1 tooth on the front from stock and i liked it alot better that way
