I am looking to get my pegs, rear sprocket and rear brake hub, rear hubs powder coated. anyone here do a nice job and what might you charge for all those parts? there will be some minor surface prep involved.

Little3mil can powdercoat for you. I have seen some pictures and it looks great. But I don't think you can powdercoat sprockets, and if you can, the paint wod wear off super fast

You can do the inner hub of sprockets, but it IMHO would be a waste as sprockets wear out and would need changed iin the future.

Powder is not paint. It does not chip or flake off. You can powder a sprocket, it will wear where the chain hits sprocket, rest will stay on.

Here's a pic of little3mil's PC work, and the quality speaks for itself.

He is fast, reasonable, and does good work. Highly recommended! I:I

Very nice thanks for that pic. thats just about everything that I nedd painted as well!

Just want to know, does he sandblast it for you also, or does that have to be done prior to sending him the parts to be coated?

Blasting is included in the price of the work. I stripped these parts straight off my blaster, complete with paint, light surface rust, and stains from thick Busco Beach mud slung about last year. And they came back looking this good. Most impressive. :D

I would do little3mil a favor and at least wash the parts you're sending in, but he takes care of the actual blasting and thorough cleaning prior to applying the PC finish.
