I f*cked up real bad and totally stripped the drain bolt... Anyone know if theres another easy way to drain the oil? Or how to get it off?

you stripped the head, or the threads in the case ???

Before you Dremel away too much metal on the bolt head, turn the Blaster on its side (don't forget to turn OFF the fuel valve first) and grab a large cold chisel. You can often knock a stubborn drain plug loose with a chisel held at an angle to the plug. The chisel needs to be as close to parallel with the bottom of the engine as possible, with the business end lodged against the outer half of the drain plug. Tap the chisel a couple times to get it to bite the edge of the drain plug bolt, and then give it a sharp rap with a hammer. Most of the time, the plug will pop free after a couple good hits. If you do this properly, you won't hurt the bottom of the engine's cases, and you can re-use the plug (ONLY if you have to) until you can order a new one.

Could you give me complete directions to chisling it? Im a little confused with your logic. Would i be better off dremeling or doing it your way?

The chisel method is the easiest and quickest, but its kinda hard to explain on here without pictures. You're not using the chisel to cut away or break any of the plug. Instead, the chisel is just used to grab the edge of the plug, so that it twists free when you pop the chisel with the hammer.

+rep... Couldnt hurt to give it a try... thx

Or if you have acess to a welder weld another nut to the top of the old one.

I had to do this to mine some one went and strong armed it on there like a dumb ass after cross threading it.

Aside from the welder a chisel is your best bet.

Welding a nut onto the old one works well, but just remember to protect the cdi from the welder. Remove the connections and the ground from the cdi before welding. I would remove the coil too.
