anyone know if a 350xt swingarm will bolt up to a blaster? it seems to have enough opening to accept the motor, but it seems a little narrow compared to a stock swingarm, any ideas? i want to put it on because its longer, and the shock mount seems to be higher

well i mean, it not as wide as a stock blaster swing arm, but it has a grease plug on each side of where the motor goes in, the shock mount is higher, i can mod the end of it to accept the carrier and what not, was just wondering if anyone has ever tried it

its actually about 3 inches longer, i measured all of that good stuff earlier, i was surprised, any ideas on how i can make it wider where it bolts, its like 2 inches to narrow

i guess you could make it longer by shoving a ton of washers on it lol wouldn't be the safest thing to do but it might work

I didnt say it has bolts on it, it has grease plugs, what im wondering is how to make it wider where the swinger bolts to the frame, because its narrow compared to the stock swinger

Hi
I happen to have a xt 350
I do not think it is very strong , remember that on a quad it needs to be stronger because you have big torsion effect with the axle.
Also hou are you going hold the carrier ? it's going to need major reinforcement there , best bet for the width is to weld a spacer (a length of pipe ? )

I put a new timing chain, piston and rings in mine, and forgot to hook the automatic compression release back up, made it bend the valves, so I just did not mess with it anymore lol
