Kawasaki Brute Force 300 Manual 2012-2022

Hello to everybody that ils still active on this forum. I just picked up a 2021 Kawasaki Brute Force 300 for my GF and I'm riding a 2021 KQ 400 myself. Here's a service manual for the 300, I hope it helps someone who's stuck working on one. I believe these are made in Korea by Kymco, also...

    1978 Triumph piston rings

Hello everyone, It's been a long time but I thought I'd post an update on here: We finally finished this thing and it's on the road in WA when the weather permits. Most of this bike was done in a small shop by us without prior paint, carbon fiber, exhaust fabrication or leather work experience...

    Complaint

It's ~$100 to get the title transferred in WA depending on the bike value and ~$40 for yearly orv tags. I usually get my titles switched and then buy Oregon tags after that (they are $15 for 2 years). There is also a penalty if you wait more than 15 days to do a title transfer, I had to spend an...

    Front hydro conversion?

It's expensive and takes some work but is definitely worth it if you want to go fast. Pair it with some suspension upgrades (all I've done is a wider axle and front spacers) and you can push your Blaster faster and harder in to corners with a lot more confidence.

    Porting for a stock pipe

I thought you meant the dude's ATC and his wife at first I:I then I saw the Blaster back there. I'm curious to see how this turns out.

    Maier race fronts

Yes there are a couple of gold brackets that go up about 1.5" from the fender bracket and .5" in. Here is a crappy pic of one (I also have CFM scoops attached)

    Specbolts bolt kit

I've used them on bikes besides the Blaster and they come in handy. They are pricey but they have saved me from calling it a day because of a missing specialty bolt before (levers, plastics, forks, sprocket, etc.) Plus its nice to have a bunch of fresh shiny bolts to put on when you work on an...

    30mm oko

You should post your mods and jetting specs. I've seen guys on here complaining about jetting them but my quad came with one and I like it.

That should be interesting. Do you have the 8v or 16v engine? You should post up some pics.

    20th anniversary

That's awesome. You picked that thing up when you were 16? I think the longest I've ever kept a bike or a quad was maybe 4 years, I plan on keeping the Blaster for a long time but it hasn't even been a year yet.

    Blow up carnage and rebuild

That's because every time we recommend something you look for a place to cut a corner and save a few bucks. We're not trying to be dicks but we've been around long enough to know that cutting corners comes back to bite you in the ass. A pro is only going to charge 50-60 bucks to bore and hone a...

    Blow up carnage and rebuild

Why would you buy a hone? The only way you can do that cheaper than having a professional shop take care of that cylinder is if you buy a piece of sh*t 3 stone hone, if you do that chances are you're going to have a bad time. Do it right and keep us posted on the progress.
