I apologize for the mix up about the cylinder / head deal I'm a little new at all this atv stuff but I just took some off the edge as you can see where I'm pointing. I'm concerned about the piston scratch nig the exhaust port where I ported on accident.. Maybe I can bore it and it will be fine?

Hey so I was porting my head and I might have ported the edge of the cylinder wall like a dumb a** there is no way I can run it like that I'm guessing????

Well I haven't posted in a while but I took the blaster to the dunes and I found out I need to get for sure and I need a new clutch! That's why my oil was grey has metal in it. But I'm going to port the head since IMA be taking the engine out any way so yay! Lol

I haven't posted in while but a new project has come along after taking her to the killpecker sand dunes I need to jet I'm sitting at about 7,000 feet above sea level. Do I need to go up from a 240 jet or down a size due to my elevation? Since there is less air this high???? And the grey oil...

Well I found the leak it was right here where the carb inlet was against the reed cage
