so i started workin on the blaster again and heres one side of the a arms done usin the yfz a arms and geometry

been really busy lately gona start workin on the blaser again this weekend and hopfully make some progress i want to get the top a arms done so i can have a rollin chassie

i cut the scoops out of my stock yfz 450 side pannels but i dont think there gona work with my upper a arms ill probably have to cut them different and right now my gearing is 13 41 i think but im gona play around with that after i get it running

i cant get my yz 250 pipe to work out and i was wondering if anybody did this and could post some pics

it a 89 motor. im kinda on hold for a while with the project i want to get a pipe that i can make work before i go any further so if anybody knows where i could get a fmf pipe for this motor that would be great.

yea its only off by maybe a 1/4 inch so ill just have to redo it. i have another ?...with your pipe can you take it out becuse im having problems getting it to fit so i can take it out and i was wondering if you could send me some more pics of it.

no i dont i havnt raced anywhere yet but i plan on it this summer

yea im going off the dementions on my 05 yfz 450. when its done it will have the exact geometry of a yfz

im working on a yz250 swap and i noticed my sprockets dont quite line up did you run into the same problem

heres some pics i am copying the yfz geometry and i had to move the bottom rear mount back a little bit then widen it out.the front of the a arm is in the original plase as the blaster but wider with the the way i did it. i have the bottom a arm done now i just need to do the top

heres what i got going so far. i got the motor in and im rebuilding the front end using yfz a arms and shock. next is the top a arm and shock mounts and i need to build a pipe to work. wut do you guys think

im working on a yz 250 swap and i heard you gota cut the swing arm to make it fit. im not sure where i gota cut can anybody help me out.
