the shaft is good and the spring appears good it just happened all of a suddent?

the spring is'nt broken and in place with good tention on it it really confuses me. it was fine and all of a suddent it happens. when you kill the motor it returns all by it's self.

the kick starter om my kids blaster wont return. but when i shut it off it will return all by it's self. took it apart looked at it everything looked like it was supposed to by the book. worked great for 2 or 3 starts than it's just laying their on the foot peg till you turn it off and it...

yammalube is good stuff ran it for years but switched over to Redline racing oil. Make sure to run 32:1 and your good to go with the correct jetting.

heat the cases and sweat it out

just send it to the expert KEN that way you know it's right

I have ran yamalube for years, but until resently i have switched to redline racing oil. I have not ran it enough to really tell but i did go from a 40:1 ratio to 32:1 on the recomendations of the guy who dyno tuned my kids blasters.

stay at it it really takes a while to build up clientel, i have been doing it for a long time and now have 5 bike shops that send business my way as well as 3 machine shops. I lost Chozen performance a couple years ago when the new owner closed it, I did all their polishing for quite some time...

It is a side job that i have been doing for years, since i was in collage. I origionaly was a painter in a aluminum boat mfg co and we did all the polishing in the paint dep. it has just grown over the years to more than a side gig, sometimes more than i can handle and have to tun away business...

20+ years of polishing and still sometimes i am amazed from start to finish looks like a TURD when you start and shines like a DIAMOND when you are finished!

about the only thing i have done on my blasters on the intake side is clean up the casting flaws and that's about it.

I know this is a little off topic but relevant. air flow is everything resently when i had my kids bike dyno'd the gut who tuned it asked me if i wanted to see something cool? Of course! i run a k&n pod filter with outer wear on it, he removed the outer wear and did another dyno run WOW it...

got it done and in yasterday, i'm glad that's done!
