Hay there I got a Yamaha Blaster. I put a new top end on it, and new reeds. and it starts and runs but when you give it full throttle it stays at full throttle. And you cant tern it off I even un hooked the spark plug and it will continua running with no spark. 
what could be my problem ? PS I had to un screw the carb to get it to shut off.
