I used a piece of lexan to make it. I basically used the metal cover and made a copy out of the lexan then made a ring out of aluminum to put hold it down and made a gasket out of gasket paper.

The quick change cover was on a blaster that I purchased. It had a metal cover on it. I made the clear piece.

Thanks guys. I do believe the head made a difference in performance, but that could be because it was milled and reshaped. The stator cover is TM designs as well as the oil pump cover. It took a lot of years to build it to what it is now. I frequent the forums and eBay always looking for...

No thanks man. Ive only ever seen a few quick change covers made for them and never seen a clear one on a blaster. Snyder MotorSports used to make the covers I think. I believe Kurt had one on his Jekyll blaster.

Yea it runs pretty good. Its a ported airsal 240 kit and the dome in the cool head was reshaped and shaved down. It will run with a lightly modded 250r. Like I said, Ive had it since I was about 14 I think which was 11 years ago. I have 2 450s now and a couple 250r projects, but this one...

Someone else made the quick change itself, but I made the lexan cover to replace the metal one.
