OK. I am trying to over estimate shipping a little just to be sure I have enough to cover it. The scale and method I used came out to about 13 pounds, so I put 20 pounds in the USPS website and it shows shipping should be $26. At 15 pounds price was the same and I doubt it weighs more than that.

Sorry for the delay. Actually working on it now yesterday got busy and this morning I had to replace a ceiling fan in my master bedroom, it turns out the exhaust fit in the fan box perfectly. I will get back to you in a bit with an estimate.
