It sounds like your top end is gone, perhaps a ring has broken and fallen down into the crank case or its simply stuck in a port.

hey man since i cant post i figured id ask u. my kick start on my blasty is froze up wont move at all. my buddy was riding it and it shut off and wouldnt start so after awhile it just froze up.does that mean my motor is shot or could it be simple.
