Yea did that after i closed cases must just be the bigger crank and piston causing it. Also would you know off top what size jets or jet kit i need for 3mil crank fmf gold series and 68mm piston with light porting work on cylinder?

I live in NC I have stock cylinder lightly ported 68mm piston 3 mil stuffer crank fmf gold series and this bike is most eeff not happy with jets it has now i just wanted to know if any one could tell me what jet size or kit i need to help this motor it bogs and wont idle air screw has be near...

Ive been wondering if there any other model bikes that kick starter fit or any companys that sell custom kick starters?

Do you have to true these cranks or balance them cause i didnt with mine it vibrates alot more but it runs like scalded dog

I finally got it together and back in the frame

Ok thanks im going to have to check that i got them apart i should be closing it back up tomorrow after work

I split them from the clutch side then broke down whole transmission like the paw forks gears and i hated to but i did all new bearings and seals and froze the crank and heated the cases and i didnt even have to use the crank puller but now the transmission is back together i cant get the cases...

Okay yesterday i tried closing the cases but they wont close and the funny thing is its actually stuck together with nice lil gap in them but crank and gear still turn freely

I just can wait to see if the 34mm carb and 3 mil with porting is gona make a difference

Ok thanks i checked the clearance its good wich is suprising considering the cases are brand new oem from partzilla and i oiled crank and bearings before and after install thanks alot man i cant wait to get this thing back together and see how she rips with my new fmf and 34mm carb and porting...

Ive installed a new vitos 3mm stroked stuffer crank. Is there any expert advise that i need to know about these stroker cranks?
