Who eles has broken the front motor mounts? Mine snapped on both sides X( Anyone have pics on how they beefed them up? And while where on the topic of frames braking where are the other common places for it to break? and who makes a gusset kit? Ive already snaped the steering stem mount...

What did you use to make the pattern? Just trace the old cover? And how'd you cut it so clean?

If you have an Arc machine you can set that up for TIG welding, You'll have to have a copper plate to scratch start the arc and you wont have a foot control for heat. But it can be set up to work.

Where do you find those new at. My pickle fork tore mine up.

When my motor blew up it had got wayy to hot. I was worried that maybe something warped, I didn't lap the cylinder base or cases but I did yamabond it, no air leaks here and the thing runs like a champ.

The collar is suppose to spin with the crank. I was thinking put some yamabond between the crank and collar.

I'm running a 260 with a full FMF system and a No Toil filter with the lid removed. Sea level and mid 80's where I'm at.

Then get an 85 in what ever color. The 150r is a joke, more of Honda trying to force 4 strokes on everyone.
