If it fires about twice and dies each time you kick it, it's the TORS. Make sure you disable the TORS on your 03 by connecting the 2 TORS wires together.

I'm not sure you can do this. If you have a 4 wire harness and a 5 wire stator, you can ground the 5th stator wire and it works out the same, but going the other way may be what is causing your problem.

I've used spray oven cleaner before. Won't damage the plastic. Oven cleaner also removes dye pack ink from dollar bills, if you ever find yourself in a situation with bills that need "cleaning".

No way, no how, not even close to fitting. The Banshee gears and shafts are MUCH bigger. Like about 40% bigger. Also, the shaft spacing on the Blaster is about 1.850". The Banshee is about 2.400".

There is no way any of the Banshee gears will fit in Blaster cases.

The ASV clutch lever comes with the perch. ASV levers are really nice. Beware though, there are some knockoff ASV levers out there. I bought mine direct from ASV to make sure I received the real thing.

Correct, it won't work with your axle and brake hub. As mentioned, buy an 03-06 carrier. That one posted above is priced OK, but the shipping price they have on it is ridiculous.

OK, I looked at the pics. The only thing the pics don't show is if you have the floating disc. If there are rubber boots on each side of the brake hub and the hub slides back and forth about 1/4", you're all set with the East Coast ATV bracket. Be sure to tell them you just want the aluminum...

If you have an 88-02, make sure the 3 wire TORS box under the hood is unplugged and gleefully smashed with a hammer.

In reply to everything mentioned above, rear axle only if your Blaster is 03-06. Otherwise you need an 03-06 Blaster carrier, Blaster/Banshee brake hub and hydraulic caliper for it to work. Front spindles only if you have aftermarket A arms with tapered stud type upper ball joint. Otherwise you...
