    Hey there I Just bought a 95 blaster and im wondering what are some cheap mods I can do to it . Also what would be some good tires for It I want ones were I can slide it right out and that will hook up in the holes shots ! Thanks , btw I'm new to the forum

    Yamaha Blaster 2001 Rebuild Problem

    Hallo Hope you can help or point me in the right direction. I had a major piston failure on my blaster so i removed the sleeve and had it bored to o'40 and bought a new piston and rings i replaced the piston, rings and roller bearing on the con-rod flushed the whole engine to remove and particulars. I also covered the piston, roller bearing and sleeve with 2 stroke oil before i put it back together. The bike started up well and idled properly but now after 10 minutes of idle it started to smoke alot and when i drove it, it started to smother as i gradually started to accelerate?

    Any ideas X( I still have to clean my jet on the carb, but if you have any idea where i can start and double check

    i just got the 240 bigbore kit with v force 3 reeds keihin carb 35wpk and ct racing exhaust it starts off fine then when i hammer on it it falls on its face and breaks up and cant get to the power bands any ideas?
