Cable is in the original route. If we back the screw out it slips. When all the way in it slips a little bit. Can we move the clutch lever assembly closer to the right. Would that help ?

before putting handle bars on the clutch wasn't slipping. after we put msr bars on the clutch started slipping. which adjustments do i need to make to make it not slip anymore ? thanks for the help

The spark plug was white. Not the jet. Haven't opened carb yet. And when I mean more gas I'm talking air fuel mixture. Rich it up a tad.

So I finally had some time to actually look and work on the quad. First I pulled the plug. Wasn't dark black but had some whitish tint to it. Lean ? Cleaned up and grounded the reverse ground. And park brake looks to be ok. So I'm going to give it a tad more gas as I think it's running...

what doesn't make sense is it idles perfect when in neutral and sitting you can rev the piss out of it and no bog delay or anything perfect response if you roll on the throttle hard it is like something is limiting it. this leads me to believe it is a wiring issue i haven't had time...

mechanic said he jetted it there is nothing in the exhaust either basically straight piped no baffle or anything

from what i have read on other forums it sound like a rev limiter they said on the reverse lever there is a ground if its not grounded properly it won't rev while under load i trust my mechanic pretty sure he has the carb correct but I'm still going to check that spring and i...

also its a 2003 last year they were made was 04

My reverse is the handle on the right side near the header. I'll take a look around it and see if I can ground it.
