great tip, I was getting ready to tear into my front brakes (which I probably need to do soon) but the handle bar adjustment fixed front brakes for now!

Ive adjusted the clutch lever for less free play, changed oil, new clutch disks, basket not grooved. Its about impossible to get the thing in neutral when its running. What am I missing

Seems to be the opposite of most problems on here (bad Voltage regulator and blowing bulbs). Blaster been sitting for oh lets say 10 years. When I turn on the headlight, the light is like brown and very very dim. Any ideas?
