The plug isnt fouled. Tors was deleted long ago and the reeds seem fine. No cracks or anything. What could be wrong with this thing

Permatex paint stripper works amazing and doesnt hurt the plastic. Should be available at your local napa.

I recently finished my rebuild on my yamaha blaster. The quad fired up 3rd kick, it ran for about 3 seconds until I slightly hit the throttle it bogged out and wouldn't start. I took the spark plug out and cleaned it and now no spark. I confirmed this with another plug as well. Any ideas?

So I have the engine apart. Am I going to have to hone the cylinder? I'm changing no parts and there is very little time on the top end. ( maybe 6 hours or so)

Positive I was watching it come out of the case while I held a rag around the drain plug

It's all I had and I hand to move the bike a rather long distance to push it any way. Zinc additive was an idea from a local atv shop. Ok sounds like I'm pulling the engine apart to fix the leaking cases

So my blaster has a oil leak were the cases next to the drain plug. I recently put zero weight oil in there with a zinc additive and its seemed to stop. Am I going to hurt anything?

It worked before the rebuild, the cable moves freely when unattached, I lost and replaced the longer of the two push rods, have not tried to use it while running would that make a difference? I didn't notice any burrs when I installed the ball and rods
