Split my cases to fix a transmission issue. The left side crank case bearing stayed on the crank. There were no issues with any of them. When i put it back together i simply just put the case half back on. Everything slid together fine and is torqued to spec. Should i have removed the bearing...

Can i run the 88-02 4 wire stator on 03+ blaster? All the threads i found are about putting a 5 wire in a 88-02 and just grounding it to the frame. I want to do the opposite.

I pulled the jug off that maybe had 10-15 min of running time. Do i need to rehone or can i just put it back together. Pulled because i thought the headgasket was leaking and it turned out to be the stator side crank seal.

Any tips on replacing seals? Seen some people using grease/locktight/or rtv. To help them stay in place from leaking again.

When installing crank seals ive seen some people say put them in dry then articles of people packing them with grease or soaking them in whatever oil you plan to mix. Even seen guys using yamabond/ black rtv/gray rtv/ blue permatex lock tight/or my favorite SUPER GLUE! To help hold them in place...
