Help blaster won't power on

It cranks like it has compression but won't start I tried replacing the spark plug too and it was just running too I don't know how to adjust the carb I messed with it and now like since it was winter I had to adjust it but the choke is a bit out like that's how I drove my blaster worked perfectly.
